“George”

"Gorgeous George" arrived at 12 weeks from Denise Worthington of Dewton Kennels in Australia. We have Sue Mewse (Glenbogle Border Terriers) to thank for introducing us to Denise and enabling George to come and live in NZ with us. On arrival at the airport, George bounded out of his crate making himself known the instant his paws touched the ground! That attitude and outgoing personality remains today. George is full of life and enjoys all that life throws at him. He thoroughly enjoys the show ring and has been extremely successful. He is a character and is fun to show although he can have his days where he decides he's not playing today.

George to date has clocked up 160 Dog Challenges and has been awarded #1 Border Terrier 4 years in a row. He is in semi-retirement now and although will show his face as some shows he's leaving the frequent campaigning up to his kids - Mindy, Piper, Roy and Meg.

Its an honor to have George as part of our family and he continues to make us smile daily.
